Prior to Yahsat, Mr. Moakkit was a member of the Spectrum & Regulatory group at Intelsat in Washington, DC. During his tenure at PanAmSat, he also worked in various system and sales engineering capacities. Early on in his career, Mr. Moakkit served as a systems engineer at ATCI, an integrator of satellite systems based in Tempe, Arizona. Prior to joining ST Engineering iDirect, Sean was a Vice President of Service Assurance, with Spirent Communications, where he managed a portfolio of mature and new service assurance solutions for voice, video, and data services in the telecommunications and enterprise markets.
He joined the European Space Agency in the year 2000 and has held since a number of different roles in the Telecommunications Department. Since 2012 he is the Head of the Future Projects Division, with responsibility over the setting up of new projects and initiatives in the telecommunication domain. In his position he overlooks trends in the telecommunication and satellite sector and tries to define the best supporting programmes to enhance industry’s competitiveness in the global market, mainly through Public-Private Partnerships. The role of satellite in 5G and 6G, Megaconstellations and communications on the Moon are areas of strong focus currently, together with technological trends such as Optical communications, Quantum key distribution and optimisation in the usage of RF Spectrum for space systems. He graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia as a Telecommunication Engineer , attended the International Space University Summer Session Programme and holds a Master in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management .
Passionate about entrepreneurship and technology transfer, she is developing “Adaptive Mechatronics solutions for sustainable logistics, on Earth and in Space” as Co-Founder and COO of AdapTronics, together with longtime friend and colleague Dr. Lorenzo Agostini, who is Co-Founder and CEO. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. In the current role as CTO, Dubi is responsible for developing concepts of solutions for new technologies such as LEO constellations, beam hopping, migration to cloud and 5G NTN.

Mr. Rousseau has more than 30 years of experience in the space and satellite sector and has worked in various functions in business, management, consulting, research, administration and marketing communications throughout his career. Prior to joining Hughes in his current position, Mr. Rasoulian was vice president, global connectivity at Carnival Corporation.
A former Airborne Ranger-qualified U.S. Army infantry officer, John is a distinguished graduate of the US Military Academy and a graduate of the Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Over the course of his career at Maxar, Al contributed to 13 missions and launch campaigns, many of which deployed cutting-edge communications and remote sensing systems. Al has worked with both commercial enterprises and government agencies to develop space systems for communications, satellite servicing, remote sensing, and exploration.
